Amaranth AGM

Due to ongoing COVID restrictions, any member wishing to attend must register with the club secretary at least seven days in advance. Advice for attending will be given before the event but may be an online video meeting.

The AGM will;

Receive the chairmans report
Receive the Treasurers report
Appoint the senior committee for the 2021/22 season
Appoint the Team Managers for the 2021/22 season
Approve promised changes to the club constitution that will be circulated at least seven days prior to the meeting.

Anyone wishing to propose changes to rules or to stand for any position within the club, should notify the secretary in writing at least 14 days before the date of the AGM.
