The event will be held on Saturday 17th June and this is our chance to acknowledge everyone that has contributed across 17 teams this season, with the top achievers being recognised along the way.

Each team will be have the opportunity to give out their awards and trophies and there are special club awards as well. Team Managers have the approximate timings for each teams award slots but please note, these are subject to slight delays if we overrun.

As well as the presentation, there will be some friendly games, raffles, prize games, music, boot sales and tombola's.

We'll fire up the BBQ and we'll have a selection of cold drinks, ice lollies, sweets and snacks on sale. The bar will be open as well.

For those that are attending, please note the following;

The first ceremony starts at 12:30pm - gates will open at 11:30am
Please park as directed at the event. With 17 teams being present, we'll have a lot of cars at the club so we encourage car sharing or even walking.
The forecast at the moment is for clear skies and sunshine. With shade limited at the club, please feel free to bring gazebos, sun chairs - and make sure you have plenty of sunscreen. We'd also recommend caps/hats for children.
You should not bring your own food and drink as we will have plenty on sale at the club, but you can bring plenty of water of course!
We can only accept contactless payments at the cafe area, but we can accept cash everywhere. To avoid queues, please bring your money with you - we always run short of change so a pocket full of pound coins would be most welcome
Well behaved dogs are welcome but they MUST be kept on a lead.
Although we'll have some friendly games taking place, we've got a great space for a fantastic Saturday afternoon of fun - feel free to bring those garden games and bubble machines. The only thing we cannot allow is inflatables (for insurance purposes)
The bar is being well stocked but please ensure you drink sensibly. Speak to your Team Manager if you are planning to drive to the event but would like to drink for car parking arrangements.
The event will go on for as long as people remain. Although the presentations should be done by around 4:00pm, you are welcome to stay down beyond that.
Family and friends are welcome too. You do not need to be a member or a parent if you want to bring others with you to celebrate.
